Founded by Bill Warren and two colleagues in 1969, the firm now known as Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP has established a strong entrepreneurial based practice in Calgary. With predominantly senior counsel assisted by a number of younger lawyers, after 35 years the firm remains committed to providing superb legal services to its clients.

The members of the firm are of varying and diverse backgrounds, all having the common goal of providing quality advice and legal services, and ensuring that all clients receive the benefit of the combined experience and knowledge of the partners and associates of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP.

We are proud to have built a successful practice largely based on representation of a variety of small and mid-sized business ventures. The firm has also represented and continues to represent major clients such as the Government of Canada, the Province of Alberta, the XVth Olympic Winter Games Organizing Committee (OCO’88), major banking institutions, educational boards and institutions, professional sports franchises, not-for-profit organizations, pension funds and public corporations.
